U.S. ITC Seizure And Forfeiture Orders
U.S. Customs is enforcing the ITC Exclusion Orders at all ports of entry. The following Seizure and Forfeiture Orders were entered by the ITC following U.S. Customs seizures. Most U.S. Customs seizures do not result in a Seizure and Forfeiture Order because the importers voluntarily resolve the violations of the Exclusion Orders.
